We’re still a couple weeks from giving you a full fall season announcement, but we thought we could share that we’re going to be having Suckers on the show in December. That’s right. December 4, Suckers, Radio Happy Hour, tatter tots, bloody marys, murder. Those are the facts as we know them so far. We’ll be adding more guests to that show, as well as the October 2nd show with Born Ruffians. Tickets for the December show are on sale now. While the show is on a late summer break I thought I’d pass along you can get a little bit of the RHH touch if you come down to Le Poisson Rouge Friday night to see Emanuel & the Fear (9 piece indie rock band) with the ArtBattles kids doing paintings all night as well as DJ Hester Prynn (a little inside), all of which will be hosted by Radio Happy Hour’s own Sam Osterhout.

I finished the script for tomorrow night’s show last week, which has allowed me time to limber up*. The theme tomorrow is mistaken identity. It’s our first night show in New York, and I’m excited to see what it’s like to drink beer after 4 p.m. Some people rave about nighttime drinking, but I just don’t get it. Those people are probably Europeans and/or fans of Worldcups.

Snobs.

Tomorrow night’s show is going to be very fantastic. I’m going to high five the shit out of our guests, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Nick Diamonds, and Murray Hill, and then I’m going to high five everyone in the audience. If you have a skin condition and can’t take a high five, I will instead undress you with my eyes. That’s a token of my appreciation for you and your body.

Max Silvestri and Nick Diamonds took party in Stereogum’s Gummy Bowl tournament. You can Nick get his balls licked and Max get his beer stolen. It’s great. Then you can come see Nick Diamonds on Radio Happy Hour on Tuesday, and maybe Max Silvestri will put in a special guest appearance. Who knows?
